• Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect

• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact

Delivery Timeline

• Deliveries inside Dhaka typically take 2–3 working days

• Deliveries outside Dhaka take approximately 5–7 working days

Return Process

• Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the item

• Upon approval, return the item via courier or await arranged pickup

• Once the returned product is inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed
  
  

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or mobile wallet (e.g., bKash, Nagad)

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
