What to Expect
An 8-course tasting menu, including dishes such as:
• Doi Fuchka – Matcha yogurt, tamarind, rose honey caviar
• Paya – Grilled bone marrow with lacto-fermented strawberry chimichurri
• Lacto Tomato – Tomato veil, consommé and herb salsa
• Ilish Hebaang – Steamed hilsa with millet and mustard beurre blanc
• Lamb Shank & Risotto – Braised lamb with black sticky rice risotto
